Bogdan Gutkowski

Our partner, mentor and true friend Bogdan has suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. Bogdan was one of the true pioneers of Polish renewables and within this the ‘godfather’ of Polish Offshore Wind when it was merely an idea. Bogdan can be credited with directly contributing to almost 2GWs of operational, or soon to be operational, renewable capacity in Poland across onshore/offshore wind and PV. He was the founder of Sevivon (the JV with PNE/WKN), AOS sp. z o.o. sp.k., BBM Offshore (Poland) and BBA Solar (Poland), a father, a grandfather and husband. He was a delight to work with and a true gentleman. We will miss him tremendously.

  • Author of “Current rules in Polish environment protection and investments”, guidebook.
